Products made with 100% sourdough and natural ingredients. We proudly support the Real Bread Campaign program.

We strongly believe that food should be both healthy and tasty. That's why we do not use yeast, additives or improvers at Grain Trip, all of our loaves and pastries being slowly leavened with 100% sourdough made with flour and water. Water, flour, salt, time and passion - this is our recipe.

Pane Incamiciato

Italy

Description: a spectacular bread, Pane Incamiciato is composed of a soft center dressed up in a crunchy “shirt” that opens like a flour during baking.

 

Ingredients: sourdough (flour, water), semolina flour, wheat flour, sesame and black cumin seeds, salt.

Traditional baguette

France

Known around the world as a staple Franch bread, legend has it that it was actually invented by Napoleon himself, as he wanted his soldiers to have food in the battlefield so they would last longer. He instructed bakers to make long bread so each soldier could shove them down their trousers.

 

Ingredients: white wheat flour, wheat sourdough, salt

 

Pairing: neutral taste makes for a versatile loaf, that works well with just about any food

Russia

Legend has it that this spectacular russian loaf with whole rye and coriander seeds was made for the Borodino battle, which the russians have actually lost. Made out of rye grains we mill oursevles, we think this loaf is sure to help you win your daily urban battles.

 

Ingredients: rye flour, wheat flour, sourdough, coriander seeds, salt

 

Pairing: makes for a fantastic breakfast bread, works like a charm with fish, beef or matured cheese

Spain

Features: white wheat bread.

 

Ingredients: white wheat flour, wheat sourdough and salt.

 

Pairing: a versatile loaf, works well with just about any food

Butter sourdough croissant

France

Description: Our sourdough croissants are fermented very slowly in a process that takes 3 days as we do not use any commercial yeast. Flaky layers of buttery goodness are perfetly evened out by the slightly sour taste given through this very lenghtly process.

 

Ingredients: wheat flour, sourdough (wheat flour, water), sugar, salt, 84% fat butter.

Description: Smells like winter with this walnut and cinnamon.
